Mission Statement
In keeping with the goals of the Ashburn Institute, to increase cooperation between all peoples through academic research, the Ashburn Institute Transnational Law Journal seeks to encourage scholarly research on transnational law issues through a print journal published twice a year. In particular, the Journal welcomes well researched, high quality notes and articles in all areas relating to transnational law and policy, including, but not limited to:
1) Humanitarian Law
2) Human Rights Law
3) Comparative Law
4) Law of the Sea
5) Trade Law/International Business Law
6) International Criminal Law
Additionally,
the Journal seeks to expand the network of the Ashburn Institute, and to
provide avenues for the most promising writers to reach their full potential
by providing them access to said network.
